We will be walking around Ancient Egyptian masterpieces, 120.000 Egyptian statues and artefacts which date back to over 4,000 years .
We will get to know the secret of Ancient Egyptian mummification, the way they preserved their bodies to live through the afterlife – nothing better than seeing a real mummy while we are walking too!
You will understand the concept of Egyptian culture, which is a death culture, or to be more specific a culture of life after death. As we are walking, you will see all the statues that belong to those legendary kings, like Ramsis, the great warrior and lover, who married lots of women and had over 90 children.
You will hear the story of the great discovery of King Tutankhamon’s tomb in the Valley of the Kings, see all his belonging made out of gold, his facial mask of pure gold weighing over 11 kilos … this boy king ascended the throne at the age of 9 and passed away after only a short reign .

My name is Sheriff, I am an Egyptian licensed tour guide, born and raised in Cairo, member of the Egyptian syndicate of tour guides and the world federation of tour guides association.
I started touring around Egypt 10 years ago, witnessed and participated in the 2011 revolution, which helped in shaping my personality. I have travelled the world at the age of 25 as my passion is to get exposed to other cultures and connect with people from different backgrounds. I have lived in few countries around the world, the Gulf, the United States, but mainly in London, my favourite city after Cairo.
Through my travelling, I have absorbed the concept of touring and guiding and leading a group, to see the tour from their eyes, to understand different backgrounds and to meet their needs as much as i can.
I love music and play the guitar, love acting and singing and meeting people from all walks of life.
I believe travelling and exploring are great tools to change people lives, as it did mine - and I hope you are ready for yours to be changed!
Ancient Egypt, the oldest culture in recorded history is my playground, Pharaohs and pyramids, the oldest churches and mosques, Greek and Roman monuments are awaiting.
