The Gothic Quarter is the center of the old town of Barcelona and one of the most delightful parts of the city.
Our Walk will start right by the cathedral, established during the XIV century. We will then walk along the charming streets of this neighbourhood to admire its quaint squares and its beautiful buildings, many of them dating to medieval times. We will explore the area of the city’s origin in Roman times, by the Barcelona Museum of History.
Along the way we will discuss Barcelona’s history, its traditions and the city it is today.
And we will finish by one of the old entrances of the roman Barcelona.

I work as a Tour Manager since 1992, the year we had the Olympic Games in the city I love and live now, Barcelona.
I have worked as a translator-interpreter, even had my years as an actor and published my first novel two years ago. I've lived in many countries including Germany, Brazil, Portugal and the US and I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese.
My passions are history, literature, architecture, languages, film and sports, and I feel very fortunate to work as a Tour Manager and share a combination of them with my clients in the cities we visit together.

Jesús knows very well the past and present of Barcelona and it was a pleasure to ‘walk’ the old city with him. Time flew. Thumbs up for this new way of visiting places and for Jesús!
