I am an Italian licensed tour leader based in Rome. I was born in the province of Lecce in Puglia 32 years ago. I attended classical high school and then studied foreign languages at the university. After my studies I left Puglia and moved to Rome.
I have been working in the tourism field since the beginning of my adventure in Rome covering several roles. Responsable of the ticket office for the airport transfers, touristic coordinator at the Vatican Museums and then I achieved my Tour Leader License and I start escorting people not only through Rome but troughout the whole Italian Peninsula.
What I love the most about my job is to put people from abroad in contact with Italian traditions and habits, to use storytelling as a tool to explore different moments of our past and present without turning it into a history lesson. Secrets, curiosities, side stories and traditions are the essential ingredients of all of my tours.
