My name is Riky, I was born and raised in Jakarta. I'm a certified tourist guide who speaks English and Spanish.
I have lived in Thailand, Colombia, and Spain and have travelled for more than 30 countries. My travel experience has expanded my horizon and enriched me personally. I also really enjoy to see the difference between people, conversing with people from different perspectives, and learning about the history of the different countries. This is the reason why I love working in the tourism industry.
My academic background also allows me to understand both the local and the tourist perspective. I studied tourism management from STP Bandung, one of the leading tourism schools in Indonesia, and International Studies at the University of Barcelona, Spain.
Jakarta is more than the capital of a country. This city has many things to offer, ranging from museums, historical places, shopping centres, or even nightlife spots. However, you need a really good storyteller to get to know the city deeper, it will definitely change your perspective about Jakarta!
