Originally from the metro Detroit area in Michigan, I moved to Europe in 2000 for a study abroad program in Munich, Germany, where I fell in love with the European lifestyle and never left. Four years ago, I decided it was time for a new adventure and made the move to the Dalmatian coast in Croatia, a decision that I never regretted for even a second. For the past 8 years, it has been a dream come true to share my love and passion for the history and culture of Europe with international travelers as a Tour Director.
I studied Anthropology, German Studies, and International Studies at Wayne State University in Detroit, as well as the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitaet in Munich. I speak English and German and I am actively learning Croatian as well.
I have lived in Michigan, Ohio, Ecuador, and Munich, but it’s Croatia that has really rooted itself in my soul. My love for this beautiful country I now call home grows deeper every day, and there is nothing that makes me happier than to share this love with clients as we explore the small coastal towns of Croatia together.
