What is the WalkWithMe Tours Cancellation Policy?
We’re sorry to see that you need to cancel your Withlocals experience! Did you know you could reschedule instead?
If you decide to cancel your booking, here is everything there is to know about our cancellation policy:
My host canceled our booking
If the booking is canceled by the host you will receive a full refund. Keep in mind, while the refund is immediate on our side, it may take up to 10 business days to show up in your account due to processing time between banks.
If you cancel a confirmed booking
If you choose to cancel the booking:
- More than 48 hours before the originally booked experience date*: You will receive travel credits for the full value of your payment.
- Less than 48 hours before the originally booked experience date*: The host will be fully paid, you won’t receive a refund.
*This takes into account the starting time of the tour in the time zone of the experience.
